Softball Recap: Pilot Point Comes Up Short

Pilot Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 10-0 to Whitesboro. Pilot Point was not able to make up for their loss to Whitesboro from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Pilot Point's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Whitesboro, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-7.

Coincidentally, Pilot Point and Whitesboro will both be playing Boyd the next time they take the field. Whitesboro will host Boyd at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while Pilot Point will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
