There's no place like home for Columbus North, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They blew past the Rushville Lions 63-42 on Thursday. The Bull Dogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 21 points or more this season.

Ava Wilson was a one-woman wrecking crew for Columbus North as she posted 14 points and five steals. Emma Beaver also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assists of the season.

Columbus North was working as a unit and finished the game with 21 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.

Rushville lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Carly Senour, who put up ten points and four steals. Senour is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Trisha Morgan, who had 13 points.

Columbus North's win bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Rushville, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-17.

Columbus North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Rushville has already played their next contest (against Shelbyville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
