Springtown had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Eagle Mountain Knights. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Porcupines have posted since February 10th.

Springtown's win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Harmony Flores, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Flores is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played.

Springtown's record is now 15-9. As for Eagle Mountain, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-9-1.

Coincidentally, Springtown and Eagle Mountain will both be playing Burkburnett the next time they take the field. The Knights will head out to face the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Porcupines will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
