Appling Christian Academy lost against Brunswick Christian Academy back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Appling Christian Academy Eagles received a blow as they fell 63-47 to the Brunswick Christian Academy Eagles. Appling Christian Academy's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Appling Christian Academy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jaden Drake, who posted 14 points and eight rebounds. Leland Sharpe was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Even though they lost, Appling Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in four consecutive games.
