After a string of three wins, Harleton's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. The matchup between them and the Union Grove Lions didn't end well, with the Harleton Wildcats falling 58-42. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 70-45 back in December of 2024.

Harleton's defeat dropped their record down to 8-20. As for Union Grove, their win bumped their record up to 16-13.

When Harleton and Union Grove next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Harleton will challenge Hawkins and their 12-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Union Grove will try to stop Big Sandy's four-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
