After flying high against Okoboji on Wednesday, Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley came back down to earth. The NIGHTHAWKS fell just short of the MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen by a score of 6-4 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the NIGHTHAWKS have suffered since June 7, 2024.

Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for MOC-Floyd Valley, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2.
