Volleyball Recap: University Prep Comes Up Short + How To Watch

University Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Big Bear Bears. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in August.

University Prep started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-18, 25-19, 25-23.

University Prep's loss dropped their record down to 12-15. As for Big Bear, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. University Prep will face off against rival Silver Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Big Bear is set to square off against their familiar foe Academy for Academic Excellence at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
