Recap: Douglas Tigers vs. Hopedale Blue Raiders        
        
		
            
 Even though the Douglas Tigers have not done well against the Hopedale Blue Raiders recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way  on Tuesday. Douglas secured a  49-44 W over Hopedale. The  victory made it back-to-back wins for Douglas.
 Douglas' win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Adam Dunphy, who  scored 21 points. That makes it eight consecutive games in which  Dunphy has scored at least 25% of Douglas' points.  Colton Howard was another key contributor,  scoring 13 points.
 Despite the loss, Hopedale still got an impressive performance from   Patrick Madden, who  scored 20 points. The  game was  Madden's eighth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was  Nathan Rutkowski, who  scored nine points.
 The  victory  got Douglas back to even at 4-4. As for Hopedale, they are  on a three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-5.
 Douglas will head out on the road to face off against Sutton at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. Sutton is coming into the  matchup hot, having won their last four games. Hopedale won't have much time to rest: their next  game is against Worcester Tech at 6:30  p.m.  on January 10th. Worcester Tech is coming into the  game hot, having won their last five games.
