After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matchups, Currituck County finally came back down to earth on Monday. They lost 7-0 to the First Flight Nighthawks. Currituck County's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Currituck County's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 7-7-2. As for First Flight, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-1 record this season.
