Volleyball Recap: Roger Bacon Comes Up Short

Roger Bacon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Elder Panthers. The Spartans were not able to make up for their defeat to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in April of 2025.

Roger Bacon took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-5, 25-14, 25-19.

Roger Bacon's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Elder, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Looking ahead, Roger Bacon will take on Lebanon at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Elder, they will head out on the road to face off against St. Xavier at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
