Volleyball Recap: Madison Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Madison couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Skyview Hawks by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on Saturday.

Despite the loss, Madison still got an impressive performance from Aspen Boice, who had 23 digs and two assists. Boice has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last five times she's played. Paige Orme also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Lizzy Bower had a dynamite game For Skyview., getting 29 digs and five assists.

This is the second loss in a row for Madison and nudges their season record down to 35-2. As for Skyview, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Madison nor Skyview have any future games scheduled.
