After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three contests, Gilford finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They lost 5-1 to the St. Thomas Aquinas Saints. Gilford's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Gilford's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4-1. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-2-1.
