Softball Recap: Happy Valley Warriors vs. Unaka Rangers

Happy Valley lost against Unaka back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Happy Valley Warriors suffered a tough 18-1 loss at the hands of the Unaka Rangers. Happy Valley has struggled against Unaka recently, as their contest on Monday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

For Unaka's part, Gracie Stout made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (she also didn't allow any walks). Stout was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
