Given Berea-Midpark's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 100th, while North Ridgeville is ranked 257th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Berea-Midpark found their leader in underclassman Dylan (diggy) Maddox, who scored 13 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Maddox has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Clay, who scored 15 points.
Berea-Midpark pushed their record up to 8-2 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for North Ridgeville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.
