Chris Vogt of Graves County (Mayfield, Ky.) tied a state record last week with 17 blocked shots in a single game.

Dominant defense or generous statkeeping?

The video above shows Vogt's 17 blocks were legit and it helped Graves County emerge with a 45-40 victory over Webster County on Jan. 16.

The 6-foot-11 junior is a team captain and emerging Division I prospect. Vogt is averaging 16.0 points, 9.3 rebounds and 5.2 blocked shots per game on the season.
