Baseball Recap: The Classical Academy of Sarasota Comes Up Short

The Classical Academy of Sarasota was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Babcock Trailblazers, falling 16-1.

The Classical Academy of Sarasota's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Babcock, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-4.

The Classical Academy of Sarasota will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Saint Stephen's Episcopal at 4:00 p.m. on March 20th. As for Babcock, they will take on Sarasota Military Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
