Basketball Recap: St. Clair Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact St. Clair can now relate to. They took a 58-42 bruising from the Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton Bulldogs on Thursday. While losing is never fun, the Cyclones can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 207th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 81st).

St. Clair's loss dropped their record down to 13-15. As for Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton, they are on a roll lately: they've won 17 of their last 18 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-3 record this season.

As of now, neither St. Clair nor Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton have any future games scheduled.
