Basketball Game Preview: Mt. Enterprise Wildcats vs. Overton Mustangs

The Mt. Enterprise Wildcats will square off against the Overton Mustangs at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Mt. Enterprise came up short against Cushing and fell 48-37. The defeat continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Bearkats: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, Overton took a blow against Alto on Tuesday, falling 65-33. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Overton's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Mt. Enterprise, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-12.

Mt. Enterprise took their victory against Overton when the teams last played on January 7th by a conclusive 52-27. Does Mt. Enterprise have another victory up their sleeve, or will Overton turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
