Volleyball Game Preview: Wheaton Academy Warriors vs. Timothy Christian Trojans

For the first time this season, Wheaton Academy will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will be playing in front of their home fans against the Timothy Christian Trojans at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Wheaton Academy is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.

Last Monday, Wheaton Academy was able to grind out a solid win over Lake Forest Academy, taking the game 2-0.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Timothy Christian beat St. Edward 2-0 on Monday. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Green Wave recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Timothy Christian was: they took both sets by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-15.

Wheaton Academy's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Timothy Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.
