Baseball Recap: Wright Comes Up Short

Wright was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 7-1 to the Gladstone Braves. The Red Devils were not able to make up for their loss to the Braves from their previous meeting back in April of 2025.

Wright saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Parker Osterman, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run.

Wright's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Gladstone, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Braves beat Wright by a score of 8-0 later that day.
