Football Recap: Ridge View Blazers vs. Sumter Gamecocks
Ridge View faced Sumter in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Blazers took a 36-29 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gamecocks. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for the Blazers, who until this matchup were averaging 14.11 points allowed.
Despite the loss, Ridge View still got an impressive performance from Spencer Bobian, who rushed for 136 yards and three touchdowns.
