Basketball Recap: Cedar Hill's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Cedar Hill had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They skirted past the Skyline Raiders 58-55. Given the Longhorns' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 131st, while the Raiders are ranked 520th), the result on Friday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Cedar Hill's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 16-11. As for Skyline, their loss was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 7-16.

When Cedar Hill and Skyline next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Cedar Hill will take on Lancaster and their eight-game winning streak at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Skyline will try to stop Duncanville's four-game winning streak when the meet at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
