Volleyball Recap: West Lowndes Takes a Loss

West Lowndes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Smithville Seminoles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

West Lowndes' defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Smithville, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-10.

Coincidentally, West Lowndes and Smithville will both be playing Okolona the next time they take the court. The Panthers will host the Chieftains at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Seminoles will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
