Solon hasn't lost a match since April 26th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Grinnell Tigers as they made off with a 5-1 victory. Solon might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by four goals or more this season.

Solon's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-7-4. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those three games. As for Grinnell, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12-2.

Looking ahead, Solon is taking a road trip to challenge Marion at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Solon will need to watch out since Marion have now posted at least four goals in their last three contests. As for Grinnell, they will be playing at home against South Tama County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
