Basketball Recap: Northland Christian Comes Up Short

Northland Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 65-44 to the Live Oak Classical Falcons.

Duncan Ogden produced another solid performance going 7-for-12 from beyond the arc on his way to 28 points for Live Oak Classical. That makes it four consecutive games in which Ogden has scored at least a third of the Falcons' points. Peyton Drew also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

Northland Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Live Oak Classical, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Northland Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 74-54 loss against Pantego Christian on the 25th. As for Live Oak Classical, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 79-67 win against Bishop Dunne on the 25th.
