Basketball Game Preview: Moore Mustangs vs. Western Warriors

The Moore Mustangs will square off against the Western Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Moore knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Western likes a good challenge.

Moore lost 77-57 to Pikeville on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Western scored the most points they've had this season two weeks ago, but it wasn't enough. They took a 61-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of DeSales. The defeat continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Colts: they've now lost four in a row.

Moore's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Western, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Moore was able to grind out a solid win over Western in their previous matchup back in February, winning 68-58. Will Moore repeat their success, or does Western have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
