Volleyball Recap: Warren Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Warren lost against East Dubuque back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Warren fell 2-0 to East Dubuque. Warren has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Warren was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-23.

Sophie Leverton paced Warren's offense, picking up eight kills. Leverton got some help from Averi Sabinson and her seven assists. Leverton was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Warren's defeat dropped their record down to 4-25-2. As for East Dubuque, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-13.

Warren does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Dubuque, they will square off against Eastland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
