Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Owen). They put the hurt on the Mitchell Mountaineers with a sharp 18-3 victory on Tuesday. The Warhorses have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mountaineers, too.

Hannah Norton and Mia Roland did most of the damage at the plate: Norton got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI, while Roland scored four runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3. Norton also snagged a stolen base, marking her first of the season. Payten Brockman was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.

Owen always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .606. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mitchell only posted an OBP of .421.
