 Mulberry had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3 runs), and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They skirted past the IMG Academy Silver Ascenders  2-1. That's two games straight that Mulberry has won by  just one  run.
  Noah Campbell was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He  pitched  an inning while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Campbell was also solid in the batter's box,  going 1-for-2 with two  stolen bases and  an  RBI.
 In other pitching news, Mulberry got a great performance from  Jaden Sweeney as he  didn't allow a single  earned run over six innings pitched.
 Back at the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Dominick Gotauco, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 3-for-3. He is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last seven games he's  played.
 On IMG Academy Silver's side,  Romolo DeCenzo was a  force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he  pitched five innings while giving up just two earned runs off   four  hits.
 On the hitting side, IMG Academy Silver saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Jax Berry, who  went 2-for-3 with  an  RBI.
 Mulberry pushed their record up to 16-8 with that  victory, which was their fourth straight  at home. As for IMG Academy Silver, they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 10-11.
 Mulberry will square off against Hardee on Tuesday. As for IMG Academy Silver, they will be playing at home against Central Pointe Christian Academy at 2:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
