Basketball Recap: James Clemens Takes a Loss

James Clemens and Hillcrest squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but James Clemens had to settle for second. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 53-45 to the Hillcrest Patriots, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Jets just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

James Clemens' loss dropped their record down to 16-14. As for Hillcrest, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 23-7 record this season.

James Clemens does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hillcrest, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 64-53 defeat against Florence on the 18th.
