Basketball Recap: Heartland Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Heartland Christian Academy lost against North County Christian back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Heartland Christian Academy Eagles took a 76-72 hit to the loss column at the hands of North County Christian. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (56), the Eagles still had to take the loss.

Despite the loss, Heartland Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Rylee Kiser, who posted 42 points. Those 42 points gave Kiser a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Titus Bock, who scored 22 points.

Heartland Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for North County Christian, they pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Heartland Christian Academy has already played their next matchup, a 62-49 defeat against Sunnydale Academy on the 20th. As for North County Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 63-22 win against St. Louis Christian HomeSchool on the 20th.
