Basketball Game Preview: Founders Christian Falcons vs. Lifestyle Christian Victors

The Founders Christian Falcons will square off against the Lifestyle Christian Victors at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Founders Christian is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat The Covenant Preparatory School 54-4. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Falcons with their most commanding win of the season.

Meanwhile, Lifestyle Christian got the win against Houston Homeschool Athletics on Tuesday by a conclusive 42-20. The team ran away with 30 points in the first half and mostly just sat on those to pick up the victory.

Lifestyle Christian found their leader in sophomore Annabelle Redmon, who went 11 for 22 on her way to 31 points in addition to six steals and five boards. That makes it 15 consecutive games in which Redmon has scored at least a third of Lifestyle Christian's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kylee Tullos, who posted two points and eight rebounds.

Lifestyle Christian was working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in February of 2024.

Founders Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.8 points per game. As for Lifestyle Christian, their win bumped their record up to 5-10.

Everything came up roses for Founders Christian against Lifestyle Christian when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 46-15 victory.
