Basketball Game Preview: Tomball Cougars vs. Aldine Mustangs

The Tomball Cougars and the Aldine Mustangs will face off at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Tomball and five for Aldine dating back to last season.

Tomball saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a blow against Lake Ridge, falling 85-45. The matchup marked the Cougars' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, it looked like the Kentucky Derby when Aldine faced off against Fort Bend Bush on Friday. The Mustangs had to suffer through a 67-39 loss at the hands of the Broncos.
