Cody strolled into their game on Monday with an undefeated record and they left with the same. Their defense stepped up to hand the Buffalo Bison a 2-0 shutout. Cody's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matchups.

Zane Balyo and Lane Proffit scored both of Cody's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 12 goals.

Cody's win bumped their record up to 8-0-1. As for Buffalo, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Cody and Buffalo will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Broncs see the pitch they'll take on Mountain View at 12:00 p.m. on May 9. As for Buffalo, their break will end when they face Torrington at 2:00 p.m. on May 9.
