Basketball Recap: New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy Takes a Loss

New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy lost against McGehee back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy Bulldogs were outmatched by the McGehee Hawks and fell 49-2. The matchup marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for McGehee, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy will face off against L.W. Higgins on Thursday. L.W. Higgins' defense has only allowed 29.8 points per game this season, so New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for McGehee, they will be playing at home against Thomas Jefferson at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
