Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Calverton). They blew past the International High School at Largo Sea Turtles 82-7 on Friday. The win was a breath of fresh air for Calverton as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Calverton's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Reagan Krukar, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten boards. Lauren Krukar was another key player, dropping a double-double on 17 points and 13 rebounds.

Calverton was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Calverton's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for International High School at Largo, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
