Softball Recap: Spaulding Comes Up Short

Spaulding's last matchup with Pinkerton could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Monday. The Red Raiders came up short against the Astros, falling 9-2. The Red Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Spaulding's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Pinkerton, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Spaulding will take on rival Exeter at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Pinkerton is set to challenge their familiar foe Winnacunnet at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
