Basketball Recap: North Forrest Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Heidelberg, North Forrest was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 54-43 win over the Collins Tigers. This was payback for the Eagles, who suffered a 47-38 loss the last time these two teams met.

North Forrest now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Collins, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.

North Forrest will take on Purvis in a tournament on Monday. As for Collins, they will take on Richton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Richton's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matchups.
