Highland extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping them up to 8-3. They were the clear victors by a 15-5 margin over the Hillcrest Knights. Considering the Rams have won seven contests by more than eight runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Hillcrest, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat they have suffered since May 7, 2025.

For Hillcrest's part, Mya Weatherly was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.

Coming up, Highland will host Pocatello at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hillcrest, they are taking a road trip to face off against Idaho Falls at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Knights' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 8.2 runs per game this season.
