It was a good run, but Armada unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the St. Mary's Prep Eaglets by a score of 5-4. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eaglets earlier this season, when they won 14-4.

Armada's defeat dropped their record down to 16-8. As for St. Mary's Prep, their victory bumped their record up to 15-11-1.

Armada wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Lutheran North on the 28th. As for St. Mary's Prep, they have also already played their next match, a 15-0 win against Cranbrook Kingswood on the 31st.
