Soccer Game Preview: Wawasee vs. Northridge

Wawasee is 0-10 against Northridge since September of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. The Warriors will host the Raiders at 7:15 p.m. Wawasee has given up an average of 6.3 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Wawasee came up short against Warsaw on Saturday, falling 12-1. Wawasee were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 9-0.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Northridge made sure to put some goals up on the board against Plymouth on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 9-1 margin over the Pilgrims/Rockies. It was an even better day for Julius Esquivias as he scored three goals for his team.

Northridge pushed their record up to 8-5-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those four matches. As for Wawasee, their loss dropped their record down to 1-12.
