Maclay not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 9th (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the North Florida Christian Eagles with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-0 victory two weeks ago.

Maclay was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-11, 25-19.

Sarah Izuegbu paced Maclay's offense, picking up eight kills. Izuegbu got some help from Finley Cutcliffe and her 12 assists. Addison Davis controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Maclay is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. As for North Florida Christian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-16.
