Basketball Recap: Wellington Skates Past the Pinnacle with Ease + How To Watch

You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter and that's exactly how it played out for Wellington on Wednesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew The Pinnacle Timberwolves out of the water with a 59-10 final score. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-6.

Wellington got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Pearl Dalton out in front who posted eight points and eight steals. Those eight steals gave Dalton a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Essay, who went 6-for-10 on her way to 14 points and four steals.

Wellington has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
