Volleyball Recap: Selma Comes Up Short

Selma was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Exeter Monarchs, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bears of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2021.

Selma's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Exeter, their victory bumped their record up to 6-17.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. After both having extra time off, Selma and Kingsburg will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Exeter, they will square off against Kerman at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
