Softball Recap: Williams Bay Comes Up Short

Williams Bay lost against Palmyra-Eagle two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bulldogs lost 12-2 to the Panthers. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Williams Bay saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tatum Hermance, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Williams Bay's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Palmyra-Eagle, they moved to 8-12 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Williams Bay will take on rival Parkview at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Palmyra-Eagle is set to face off against their familiar foe Deerfield at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
