Baseball Recap: Union County Comes Up Short

Union County lost to Gaffney back in April of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Yellowjackets came up short against the Indians, falling 8-1.

Union County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Gaffney, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coincidentally, Union County and Gaffney will both be playing Chesnee the next time they take the field. The Yellowjackets will head out to face the Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Indians will play them later in the day, at 8:00 p.m.
