Baseball Game Preview: Summit Storm vs. Ridgeview Ravens

For the second straight game, Summit will face off against Ridgeview. The Storm will venture away from home to face off against the Ravens at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

Summit took a ten-run loss the last time they faced off against Ridgeview, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Storm narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Ravens 3-2. The game was the first time the Storm have beaten the Ravens on their field since April 11, 2023.

Summit has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.4 runs over those games. As for Ridgeview, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-4.
