Flag Football Game Preview: Vacaville Bulldogs vs. Wood Wildcats

Vacaville has gone a perfect 3-0 against Wood recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Bulldogs will host the Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. Vacaville is coming into the game hot, having won their last six games.

On Thursday, Vacaville beat Christian Brothers 21-14.

Vacaville didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Walpole and Torrie Bubak. Bubak is on a roll when it comes to interceptions, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played.

Meanwhile, Wood lost to River City on the road by a 25-6 margin on Monday. The Wildcats have struggled against the Raiders recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Wood's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Vacaville, their win bumped their record up to 9-2.

Everything came up roses for Vacaville against Wood when the teams last played on September 8th, as the squad secured a 48-0 victory. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
