Soccer Recap: Richland Takes a Loss

After soaring to seven goals the game before, Richland was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Sumrall Bobcats an easy 6-0 win. The Rangers have struggled against the Bobcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Richland's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Sumrall, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

After both having extra time off, Richland and Terry will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 5:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
