Softball Recap: Bellaire Falls Short of Holton in the Playoffs

Bellaire and Holton squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Bellaire had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Red Devils by a score of 1-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Eagles were not able to get on the board.

Bellaire's loss dropped their record down to 22-3. As for Holton, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-14.

While Bellaire had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
